Number 5 for series is definitely Gintama, and for male characters Sakata Gintoki from the same series. Which I've seen none of, but yay for reading kanji. :D The other girls tied for 20 are Shana and Ryuuguu Rena.
Also number 6 in the girls is Kagura from Gintama, and 7 is Sakura from Tsubasa Chronicle. 11 is Saber from Fate/Stay Night (eeee~!), 12 Otonashi Saya from Blood+, 15 is a character/series I don't recognize at all just now, 17 is Revy from Black Lagoon, 18 Mizunashi Akari from --the series listed there.

Actually no. XD As I said before I've seen NONE of Gintama, save like having read a chapter or so at some point. Gintama just has easy kanji to read and therefore look up the character name it goes with. |Db
