If you're looking for a p2p program.I like Limewire.You can get the pro version on torrents.Otherwise you can get her a subsciprtion on those really cheap russian mp3 sites(theyre in english), full albums are about a dollar, or download single songs for about .10 cents.Easy to use and you cant beat those speeds.

Those are two Ive tried.Personally Im all about the torrents,but Ive used those sites when Im in the mood for something and the torrent isnt well seeded or hard to find.

If you do find a good free solution, Id love to know about : )
