clarify and classify

So i started the Atkin's diet last friday. i had gained all the weight back that i lost while in my DDR phase. It's been 3 days and i've lost 5 lbs. But i'm not supposed to weigh myself till friday so shh! don't tell!

eat nothing buy lean meat and veggies.. honestly. You start out like that to balance your blood sugar levels. When they go outta whack, you crave bad stuff. So you're teaching your body to live without all the sugar. and to balance everything. After the initial 2 weeks the weight loss is much slower.

chicken and fish, yes. beef occasionly.. but mostly red meat
