I got a job at Express about a week ago and I don't really like it..the people are kind of stuck up, the work load is A LOT right now especially with starting school in Sept..and closing takes about 2 hours OVER schedule to accomplish. Tonight, Victoria's Secret, the job i REALLY wanted..called me, trying to set up an interview. WWTFFFFFFF? both

Kindly explain to Express that you didn't realize what you were getting into.
When you interview with Victoria's Secret, don't talk down about Express - but tell them you'd like to know about closing schedules ahead of time because of previous obligations (homework, ride arrangements, social life, etc). Let them know it's a priority with you ahead of time. This way, if they ever fuck with you, then you'll have a right to complain and you'll never be a bitch.

Also, NEVER EVER EVER settle for a job you're miserable with. It's understood that not everyone can get a dream job (like me haha) but if you're not happy, never believe that you're stuck. Start searching for another job!
The quality of your job effects the rest of your life, not just the time on the job. If you're angry with the job during the day, you'll still be steamed when you go home. If you wake up knowing you have to go to a shitty job, you'll have a bad morning.
