[Stuck in his new cell, Kadaj hasn't wasted any time in making his displeasure known, screaming at the top of his lungs until he would get bored, and then five minutes later screaming again. He punched the wall and left dents of him, and once in a while there was the destructive sound of materia, or the snarling of his shadow creepers. There was never enough damage to escape, though. Just threats.
He has no idea about Euphy, or that she's around. He doesn't know who's hearing him. He simply continues to pace around with the occasional outburst, insulting the officers there and calling them incompetent.]

[ There were benefits to being a member of the police force, one of which being that she was allowed information and access that others were not. While she had informed the rest of her coworkers that her visit was strictly business, the real reason was in fact quite selfish and personal. After watching his activity for days now, Euphemia was completely in disbelief that this was the same person she met just a month ago ... eager and willing to help her learn proper defense.
She stared at the cell in shock and listened as he thrashed about, the sound of the beastly snarling and powerful strikes of materia making her rethink her actions. Yet after tracking all the way through the snow sniffling and sneezing, there was no point in wasting this opportunity now. ]

[ Kadaj's screams were promptly silenced by Euphy's voice, if only because he was surprised to hear someone who had actually spoken. How long had she been there? How long had it taken her with all of that cold water?
Slowly, he glanced over his shoulder, walking over to the door and sat down in front of it. Not having to worry about his expression, he was able to keep his voice level and polite, completely different from the cursing and accusations he had been making just seconds ago. After all, there was no point in scaring her. She wasn't one of the ones who was keeping him trapped. ]
Euphy. I hope you weren't there for too long. Did I keep you waiting?
