Death of baby boomer generation will flood market with further available housing.

now, the baby boomers were the biggest generation so far... then generation x was really not that big... BUT generation Y is redonkulously huge. don't you think the generation y-ers will replace the boomer market? from what i've read it seems that they're already exceeding the boomers on spending and demand. that, in itself, is frightening.
