wet feet. yuk. walking around an office that has never knowingly been mopped, with bare feet, because the alternative is wearing little mock ballet-pumps that are absolutely sodden. the boss has even suggested getting a blanket out of her car and wrapping me in it, so that i can take my trousers off to dry somewhere.......hmmm, now i come to write
