Would you belive I actually have a swiss ball, and I'm waiting till I can touch my toes again before I start in with that one. The really great thing about swiss balls is that you can also use them as furniture, but if you want to get the most from them, you need about three times more room than I have! Bit of an oversight really, but yes, I shall definitely keep it in mind for when I know I can use it properly. It's getting a lot better, work have managed to dig up one of those kneely chair things, which is great, (but I keep sliding down it)! It's masses more comfortable than the sinister upright chair I was using before, so this is a Good Thing.
now it might be that, as you should recall, i have "been there and done that". whilst i may live the other end of the country, and be more than happy to indulge in the more demented looking of exercise genres, my key to an improved lower-back is my father's acupuncturist who hapens to be based in essex. text me if you wish for name and number. x

And if the lower back's hurting, get thee to a chiropractor STAT. Yes it'll cost you £30-40, but it makes the pain go away.
