So, when you decide to take apart an entire department that had been shoddily set up in the first place (staffed with useful people, indispensable to the mission statement - I kid you not, we have mission statements- and not bloody funded by anyone), it might, just possibly, be a good idea to make sure everyone knows why, how, what will replace it
