Today's been quiet. David and prema left this morning for a trip to see folks in a couple of towns up on the coast(?), and I've had the day entirely to myself. I've naturally spent a good portion of that time pondering and fretting a bit, but it's been good to really just let go, meditate, relax, play a game or two, and do errands with my father. I
