Medical Info: He’s a country! So as long as his civil society is doing well, he’s doing well.

Physical traits: Other than the glasses he's pretty normal. Maybe a bit heavier than the other Baltics since his economy is a bit better... Nothing supernatural or magical besides the fact that he is, you know, a country.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Anything! I can't think of anything not okay to talk about.
Abilities: Is a country? He can speak any language his people speak (Estonian, primarily). He's pretty good at math as well, he's a good accountant.
