I got a slight quake of jibblies before today's crit. BUT GERSTEN LOVED MY WORK!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRARGH!!! ROUTER!!!!

Now I got the jibblies again. Why? Because I just got some strange vibes that Roger Federer might not win the Tennis Masters Cup. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! But then again, that maestro never ceases to amaze. So, then, I know he'll win.

Hello there, I'm not quite sure how I came across your journal but it's really funny to see such random Finnish here. :)

I'm in Finland but I'm thinking about moving to NY to study art. Any college suggestions I should check out?

I feel like I can actually be of some use now...
Well, in NY, there are plenty of art colleges. I'll name all the one is the City that I think are definitely worth looking at:
Cooper Union
Pratt Institute
SVA (School of Visual Arts)
New York University (Tisch School of the Arts)
....
you can look into the CUNYs (City University of New York) if you feel like it, though they are the lowest-level colleges and are nothing special.
It's great you want to come into NYC to study. It's great here, there's always stuff happening around you. I love it. I'm studying architecture at Cooper, in case that wasn't obvious.
You can check the websites of each school for info on applications, lodging, costs, and all the fun stuff.
