now that i think of it, the term "chocolatey" in general sounds retarded. apparently there isn't an e in there, according to the dictionary? but it should just be chocolate chip. if it's only chocolaty, then they have no obligation to give their customers chocolate, which asks the question about what they DO put in there.
it's just a can of worms.
