Gosh... Are you really believing that Russia vs Ukraine dispute is about the gas price? Have you ever tried be a neighbor with Russia? If Ukraine fails one day betrayed and abandoned by European elites -- YOU will be the next neighbor to deal with Russia 1:1.

What makes you think that I think that Russia's dispute with Ukraine is at all caused by the price of gas?

Do you dispute that the price of gas is a 'tool' that Russia uses to attack (i.e. discomfort) Ukraine?
Or that, as a result of this annual farce, supplies of gas to EU nations have been disrupted this year?

My intention when I made the post was to ask if anyone else has any idea of how to stop this ludicrous annual spectacle - not to 'support' Russia (or even Ukraine) in the current dispute.
I didn't think that my post could be thought to be supportive (or critical) of either Russia or Ukraine. Perhaps I was wrong?

If you have misunderstood my post because I used English phrasing that was too complicated, I apologise. I will try to make my English less convoluted in future.

Cheers,
Gem.
