I hate the 501 paper!!!!!

And having it due at the end of a week in which we have to do a normal amount of work just for classes is evil.

And now I'm off to work to beg to be allowed to skip out this week with promises to make up all the hours I'll miss next week, when things aren't evil.

ETA: My bosses rule.

I'm totally paraphrasing Jenna when I say this, but: my 501 draft looks like a bunch of NyQuil-induced rambly drivel that doesn't make sense. And I think that's how it's going to look when I turn it in due to my complete lack of time to put in the work required to make it presentable.

Aw, I'm sorry you're still sick. Yeah, I managed to spend all weekend working on the paper I had due today, and revising my human subjects protocol and flinging it out into the void because one of the review boards that I have to go through has a deadline of sometime in December and I couldn't get anybody to give me a straight answer as to when. Also I watched a lot of Battlestar Galactica.

My point is my 501 paper situation is a bit like "Draft? what draft? I'm still reading shit and trying to put together coherent ideas!" Augh! done is better than good, done is better than good, done is better than good!

Thanks. My bosses were actually quite excited that I said I'd come in next week, since that's the one that it seems most of their student minions are skipping out on.
