My right arm isn't working properly; I have no strength in the hand, and the wrist occasionally hurts when turned in certain ways. I have mild cold symptoms which are nowhere near enough for me to call myself ill, which is in some ways worse than just being ill (at least when *ill* you can just sit down on a sofa with a nice hot drink and get on

Yeah, I think I have been experiencing something fairly low level for the last few days. Headache and sore throat and really groggy first thing in the morning, then getting better around 10.45am.

Sounds like RSI in your wrist. I get it from time to time (currently suffering with it, actually).
