Totally natural pain relief for toothache is Clove oil. You can get little bottles of it from the Pharmacist. Just apply it with a cotton bud round the tooth that hurts and get several hours of blessed relief. As its a plant extract there's no limit on how many times you can apply it too, unlike chemical painkillers.
