Nope, not leaving, just stretching my resources. ;) LJ is, as far as I know, working fine.
Dreamwidth was created, if I remember correctly, after a few fannish LJs got deleted for alleged ToS violation (soon after Sixapart took over). Journalfen.net had been created even earlier for a similar reason - fans emigrating from LJ because of some sort of oppression.
That's why I'm thinking of having a back-up. Just in case someone decides that me writing fanfiction has become a felony.
