We signed the new lease last night! We move in on June 1st. Here's the tricky part; we're gonna have to ask to stay here one extra day, through the day June 1st, otherwise our stuff will be in the lawn until 8 am on the first. It shouldn't be a problem, when we give our 30 day notice here, we'll just say it'll be vacant by 8 pm june 1st or
