Just some advice. Though caffiene can affect weight lost, generally limiting it is fine, instead of cutting it out completely. This also makes weightloss a bit more bareable if you love your caffiene. Maybe try limiting yourself to 1-2 caffienated bevarages per day. And if you drink coffee, try using a sugar substitute (such as Splenda) and/or low-fat or skim milk as additives, instead of real sugar and/or creamer. I've found it helps a lot. Take this from someone who has lost 18 pounds in the past 3 months and has been drinking diet coke/pepsi the whole time, and switched to sugar substitue a couple weeks ago. Good luck!
