I was going to translate "Salpicón" as "Splash Chicken Salad" because "salpicar" means "to splash" in Spanish but then I checked wordreference and it turns out anglophones think this is a COCKTAIL. You forgot the original name. Salpicón? That's the closest to "salpicar" I can come up with.

Also, I told you how I realized how "cocktail" was spelled when I was in Brighton last year. I'm still sort of appalled.

It was very weird. There was a HUGE banner in all caps, so it was hard to read the entire word. Also: gay bar. I think otherwise I'd never have noticed v_v'
