I can relate, to the age and pain. It racks me up to lie on my side for a long time! Which is shitty when it's Sunday morning and Noel is snuggled up beside me and she's got an arm over me and my hip is going OW OW OW As for the snow, we don't get a lot of it in Seattle, but this year we had two big storms, both on Monday morning, and both causing the buses to stop coming up the hill. I live on a big hill now, and having to walk down it in the snow to get to work puts me in a rather sour state of mind.
My arm/shoulder/hand hurts 24/7 and prevents cuddling w/my sweetheart, which sucks. And there's the only time I'll probably ever write the word "cuddling".
Ha ha. It is pretty wonderful, as long as someone else shovels it, or it isn't collapsing roofs or hiding shoggoths. Me, I wouldn't mind seeing proper Australia some time.
