It seems that, while this place caters to sinners of all kinds, there are some here on board a situation that resembles my own in several ways; there are those that were convicted of small crimes, those who do not deserve to be welled up with the murderers that reside here. Karasu is as perfectly capable of redeeming himself as anyone else.

For those that wish to get away from the dangers in the lower level, they are more than welcome to work until they are permitted into the upper level, where people such as Karasu will not be a bother.

There are many people that pose threats here. It is not up to you to play judge and executioner.

...I am afraid that I must disagree with you. He is a danger to those that are young and naive, susceptible to his cruel wiles, as well as the ill intentions of those others now inhabiting this place no thanks to your faulty sense of judgment.

If you will not rise against them... someone will. Perhaps even myself in the event that no one else rises to the occasion.

Were that an option, you must understand that I would gladly follow that path, but such a way, I must say, is inundated with complications...

You see, were I to ignore such dangers and monsterous people, I would be falling victim to the sin of Sloth as well. Negligence. Apathy. A lack of action...

What am I to do if the only ways available will render me set back regardless?
