i feel like i want to die. while im driving, i feel the urge to yank the wheel and drive my car into an embankment or off a bridge. these thoughts are becoming regularly occuring events. or maybe something random will fall out of the sky and kill me. i know deep in my heart i want to live and death is a cowards way out.. but this black is so thick

Death wouldn't make it better.....then you would be on the outside looking in and wishing you had it all back.

Downs sure do suck, but they make us much stronger people in the end.
