Okay. Terri Schiavo died today after her feeding tube was removed several weeks ago. Her husband fought to have it removed after years in a persistant vegitative state. Her condition was brought on by suspected bulimia, which caused a potassium imbalance that then caused a heart attack. This woman

I'm glad she finally was able to die. I was havinga conversation with steve (my boy) the other day and told him I NEVER want to be like that. what's the point of "living" of you are a permanent vegetable? And there ARE way more important national issues taht need adressing besides one woman's death wishes. So many poor neglected starving children...and that's JUST in our own country. I got asked to be in the on campus Republican club and also to sign the social security reform petition.

When I asked what exactly the reform was supposed to do they gave me a halfassed answer that didn't even answer my question. i don't sign things when i'm not told all the information. fuck that. I'm excited to see you when we both come home for break.
