It's kinda ironic that the first fic I posted was H/L and not S/J. Although I've been full tilt into SG online fandom a little over a year now, one of my first pairings was H/L. TESB came out when I was almost 13 and I immediately fell in love with Han Solo although he had done nothing for me 3 years earlier when SW: ANH hit the theaters. But

Thanks, Allie. I hadn't even thought about H/L in the longest until woodface fangirled me back into it. It's an obsession I don't mind revisiting, though. I have some very fond SW memories, as only a fandom geek can. *g*

Oh, good. Things are still pretty crazy here. I did get to read through most of my e-mail from Monday through today, though. I deleted about 350 and have about 50 more to respond to or follow up on. My elbow and shoulder are killing me. Why am I on all these lists again? *frown*

Angst seems to be the only thing I can work on lately. The bit of S/J fluff has been sitting on the HD waiting to go through a second draft for a few months now. Another one has been abandoned totally after the first 2 pages. But angsty fic...I have about 7 in various stages of development (does fic that is only a scrawl of handwritten notes so far count? *g*).

*smooch* I haven't seen much Star Wars *cough* but I did catch the discussion on Jara's journal the other day, and I still think that this is so lovely and pretty and angsty. *sighs* You have such a way with descriptions - For the first time since that day, she allows herself to dream past dawn, to morph the real and the surreal. And as she slips back down into the fantasy, it’s so intoxicating that she decides she won’t ever stop.

Oh! Guess what? I finally made a filter the other day to experiment. You're right; it's not hard at all. Now I'll just have to make another filter for friends only (so many nice communities *pets*) and actually start using LJ again! That should be easy...right?
