Yeah, I saw those before I decided to resort to eBay. The thing that kills me is that I think my mom bought all of the ones he used to have for $5 each. But I guess that's what happens when toys are no longer being made. I haven't collected anything for a while...how quickly we forget. *headdesk*
Thanks for the extra eye, though, Jules. (And nice to "see" you again!*squeeze*)
It's hard to see the picture very well, but they don't look fully articulated like his were. No, those are another brand. I guess I should have mentioned before that they were Bandai, although I didn't realize it until I started searching online and figured out the correct brand and size. He had the fully articulated figures. He could make them run and do karate and cast spells. *laugh*
I can't remember any HTML anymore, so I doubt this link will work, but I'm going to try:
The best suggestion I have is to ask everyone you know to put out a plea on "Freecycle". It's a Yahoo list you join for your specific area. You can post a "wanted/needed" post, and if someone has those to offer (for free), you arrange an exchange. People aren't allowed to sell stuff...just give away... on that list. I will post on my list (which is for Walnut Creek, CA).
I understand Craig's list has a free part of it, too...
I used to be a part of Freecycle for the New Orleans area, but I didn't even think of that for this search, oddly enough. Maybe because I never used to request, but only offer stuff.
Thanks for the suggestion, Jill, and the help, but I think my problem is solved thanks to syxp (let's see if I remembered how to do that HTML correctly *crosses fingers*) and her woodworking pals.
Stargate fans are among the sweetest I know. *hugs Jill and the whole lot o' you peeps*
Thanks, Lyss, but I think syxp (Yay! I remembered the HTML!) has located some. I did find some kind of Titans vehicle on clearance at Kaybee Toys last weekend, but no figures. I bought it anyway, hoping it would bring me luck in my search. I guess my old friends here were my real luck.
*kisses Lyss* Chicago seems so long ago, doesn't it? *is wistful*
Yes, it's getting better. I'm leaving in a few minutes to sign the paperwork for the loan for the house we're buying. And it's only 5 or 6 blocks from my parents' house! I couldn't have asked for anything better. *dances*

Teen Titans action figures
Okay, I looked it up, so that link should work. (God, I miss that!)

So far no one has them, but people are offering monetary donations. :)
