Day 22: Mountains, molehills and spiritual journeys

all leading in the same direction,
so it doesn't matter which path you take.
The only one wasting time is the one 
who runs around and around the mountain,

Paths to salvation: awesome, not because they have saved either of us but because I have such empathy for the hopefulness one tries them with.

of seeing what I cannot. Is it the hope? or the effort that follows that hope? I lied in bed last night, scrambling again to list the daily rituals that Christians do, wondering how faith grows in such abstracted, belief-saturated soil.

I can see, however, if one had a piano, or a family, and there was nightly hymn singing... I am missing those hymns right now.
