Please for the love of god read Interview Magazine. Everyone loves trite pop magazines like US Weekly or GQ when they are on a plane or a waiting room. I am drastically opposed to the constant use of cliche in sports writing. Great sports writers like Ed Pope, Dan LeBatard, or Mike Wilbon create phrasing which evokes what the reader is feeling or makes the reader angry as the text runs contrary to what they believe. I can honestly watch every episode of AND1 Streetball like I've never seen it before. Season 1 probably 15 times for each episode, Season 2 probably close to 10 times aside from the first and last episodes which are only once each. So for some MyPoints I joined one of the book clubs that you always see advertised in places like Parade magazine or online. I picked up 2 of Dan Brown's books, Devils and Angels and then The DaVinci Code.
