After you left I told Jono how much I respected you and how smart you were and not to take the things I said earlier seriously.

I only keep people in my life that have personally impressed upon me an overbearing amount of intelligence and self-realization to which I can aspire. And you're one of my closest friends. I mean that seriously. I can only make fun of you in the ways that I do because underlying all the silly interactions we have I'm constantly learning from you and the unique way that you've learned to navigate life.

In short: Our love is like honey-baked ham, hot, salty, and unclean in the eyes of the Lord.
