(no subject)
Ok, it's been 11 weeks since i updated and a lot been happening since.
So, here's an update to what's been happening since, and what will happen from now on.
Well, I finally got a facebook.
Yay!
ok, moving on.
I joined welcoming programme for new international students as a committee. That was fun and very different than most programmes i've joined so far.
And there's bon odori and alya's birthday.
And I went to a lomography exhibition in my campus a few days ago.
And now, I'm in the Mahallah (read: Dorm) Representative council (MRC) and my post is the Secretary.
Now that is something I'm looking forward to. Just a few hours ago, i came back from genting, where half of the Leadership programme for all the Mahallah's MRC. Around 192 of us, and it was fun and the most relaxing programme i ever join as a participant. Not only that, it's the only programme where the gaps between meals and tea breaks are close together. the only programme where we get tired of breaks and meals.
And the accomodations... WAS GREAT!!!
We (6 in an apartment) stayed in a two floor apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. Though my room doesn't have it's own bathroom, it has more space and a great view of overlooking the forest and we can hear the waterfall from somewhere beneath us.
And the other council members were great too! Both from my mahallah and others. We act like we've known each for a while now most just met a few days ago.
Now, fun is over and work is starting soon. We are not the highest board members organization in the University but we still have a lot of expectations to meet.
especially with the new problems the new mahallah causing us.

PS: Might not be free in August. But i'm coming home this weekend... I hope.
