Volume 7 Chapter 38

*whew* That was probably the fastest I've ever edited 55 pages...probably the only time I've edited a chapter that long actually...It's the end of volume 7! Lots of questions answered, as well as new ones arising. The beginning is kind of psychotic as well as sad, but I included some extras to lighten the mood =] I guess I give up on the whole ‘no ( Read more... )

Agh thank you so much for scanning this, I've been waiting impatiently for this!
Sad and psychotic you say? Uh-oh...Nabari keeps bringing me to tears, I don't know how much more I can handle. T____T

Oh man, just finished reading.

That 4 panel page with Miharu and Yoite at the end is the best thing ever. Hands down.

I completely agree ^^ For some reason, I always love the extras the most. That's why I like having tankoubon raws instead of magazine scans =].

I think the reason that extras like this are so awesome is because the manga is so serious (especially right now) it's fun to see normally angsty characters like Yoite just being silly.
Tankoubans are always better then magazine scans...unless there's full color spreads :D

I really gotta buy the books...the covers are so pretty

A big thanks wollfyn July 15 2008, 19:21:53 UTC
I just downloaded this chapter, though not from here. I was briefly scanning the file to make sure there were no download problems (sometimes I get a corrupted file for no apparent reason) and I stopped on the credit page. Yup, I read credit pages. Occasionally, they contain new information or are just plain funny. Anyway, that's how I discovered you had an LJ page. I'm so happy it's not a forum with more posting requirements. Gah, so many translators/scanlators have forums now and require you to make posts. Sheesh, I am a member of 11 different forums and am tired of posting! Okay, end of rant. My point to this whole pointless comment (oh, I like making comments - kind of ironic, don't you think? *grin* They aren't required.) was to stop by and say, "THANK YOU!" I appreciate your diligence, your hard work, and your kindness in sharing. I hope you keep up the great work translating Nabari and the ever adorable, devilish Miharu-kun (once you get over your computer problems - don't they suck?). Thanks again! *glompy hug ( ... )

I completely understand what you mean by the forums and the post requirements. But I think that even if I had a forum and not a livejournal, I wouldn't even require people to have a account, not to mention posting requirements. To me, forced posting doesn't really make a forum popular, only more lifeless. Of course, if I ever get to the point of actually getting a website, I think a forum is necessary to relieve all your ranting and fangirling ^^ You're welcome and *hugs back* I might end up only being able to salvage the hard drive...
