I'm looking for Norwegian prog-metal band 3rd and the Mortal without a lot of success...I specifically want the album "Tears Lain in Earth", which was a tremendous influence on me when I was young. If anyone has any mp3s or knows where I can get that particular album I would be most grateful because the only copy I can find of it is in Australia ( Read more... )

i have one of their albums somewhere... ummm... one of the guys i worked with at Down in the Valley was really into them, back in '97 or '98.

Down in the Valley? I think it might have been one of my bandmates at the time...lol. Was his name Dave? He's the one who introduce me to them.

lol. Hell yeah. He was the one who got me into King Crimson. He was the drummer for my first band, originally dark metal gone more ethereal...we used to sit in his basement just listening to music for hours. I still have recordings of our music.
