It took me a couple of days to figure out how to use their online video properly:
Go to a sport. Select a video, even if it is not the one you want. Scroll through the "Related Video" list, or use the drop-down menu on the far right to select the sport you are interested in. Select the video you actually want to watch. While they don't list all the videos on the main sports page, they do list all of them in that menu.
I also really dislike the time delay: I know Phelps won his eighth gold medal, but couldn't watch the race until 12 hours later, and then only that race, not any of the others that occurred that same day. They usually put up a "finals" compilation...24hrs after they took place. It's better than being limited to tv broadcasts, but the delay is annoying.
Look at it this way. It could be worse and you could be living in India, where they never show anything good. At all. You're lucky if you catch a glimpse of anything that actually matters; I've settled for watching the 10:30-at-night highlights of the day because I don't think I can watch another boxing match or shooting tournament or archery thing...or sailing when they don't explain anything and I don't know what the hell is going on...I was lucky to even catch a glimpse of Michael Phelps' stuff the whole time. And no gymnastics! *pouts*
