1. Start exercising - I will be buying an Urban Rebounder which is a mini trampoline
2. Join a yoga class.
3. Try belly dancing.
4. Try to exercise at least 2 to 3 times a week.
5. Work on losing 1.5 to 2 lbs per week
6. Do a variety of exercises on Urban Rebounder.
Health and Beauty
1. Drink more water and cut back on pop.
