How kind of all of you-or, you know, two of you-to ask to see the Time Out New York submission that's going to grant me all the fame I can handle. Because you know I was dying to share it.

They ended up combining the itineraries of the three winners, so I didn't get to do all of this stuff. Which means that WE SHOULD DO IT. And find some sugar daddies to pay for it.

I'm sure that any real Asian person looking at this would be horrified by Pearl River and Jump, but I'm not embarrassed by my cheesiness.

So you just wrote up what you and Kam did last weekend?

It's funny 'cause it's true.

It's also embarrassing, 'cause now you all know that I just do the same ten things over and over again here.

You are such a talented humorist I can't believe it. I really love your brain, your style. No wonder you're taking NYC by storm, as they (used to) say in Ohio.

Wow, what a completely unsnarky comment from the King of the Snark. You warm my heart when you're not busy making fun of me. And even a little bit when you are, too.

I looked up "snarky" and I guess I owe you an apology. I have only meant to tease you, not offend. I'll be more careful.

I don't think of being snarky as being offensive but more like . . . snide. In a funny way.

Screw the dictionary; it's a made-up word, anyway.

Awesome. Sounds like the life I would want to lead if I lived in NYC. Oh wait...what is wrong here?

One day I'm gonna be all going to these places and I'll give you credit back. But I don't really deserve credit for the Midwestern Enclave thing. To not notice that you'd have live in some kind of Midwestern Enclave. Also, why do you not capitalize your home adjective? Since when do I, the over-hypen-ater, get a chance to criticize your grammar choices?

For some reason Midwest makes sense to me, but Midwestern doesn't. And I'm the one who makes the rules here.

I really just thought that a lot of cool people were into the shops and restaurants in Williamsburg and that they all just happened to dress the same. It never hit me that they all dress the same and like the same places because it feels safe. Meh.

Anyway, we're working on integrating you into this NYC lifestyle of ours, so hold tight.
