This made me nostalgic, sad, yet hopeful, too. It's a strange thing, being young and naive and having the certain quality of not being afraid because you don't have knowledge, and every is flatter, more truthful. I guess during childhood you think, "It couldn't happen to me," and as you grow up, it does.
Nevertheless, I'm happy you're happy now :)
