On love

I just don't get it. Maybe it's not a concept my almost 16 year old brain is supposed to grasp, or maybe (as I very firmly believe), I've just watched too many Disney movies and read too many fairy tales. Really?! I was just being mad at myself for such an obvious outburst of teenageism. And this all comming from someone who's never had a real date, unless you count one time in 1st grade. Lol. Well this is what happens when you're a teenage girl and you're about to get out of school for the summer, you think about this stuff lots. *sigh*. I think about this ALL THE TIME. It'd be hhard to expand upon without being ridiculously repetitive of everyone that beat me to the chase, but yeah. Every day I say to someone "Ahh, I love you." My close friends, I mean. Maybe it's just a weird thing around where I live. I remember a couple years ago it caught me off guard, the way everyone threw around "I love you!" But it's nice, I guess. Whenever my best friend does something nice for me, I tell him how much I love him. And it's just nice friend love. The nicest thing I've ever had happen to me ever was this one time, we were at a party - and he asked me a question from across the kitchen and I was in the middle of chewing, so I made a funny face and covered my mouth - and he said to the guy he was talking to, "I love her." It was just so cute. Aw. This made me feel so much better ( ... )

Don't you hate and love being a teenager? Excellent for excuses for doing things, but not for much else. *sigh*. Hehe, that sounds cute. If I were him, I'd remember that. You should ask him!
