Prayer

That is definitely a powerful passage. I am really bad about not praying as often as I should. To help with that I started a habit. As I am getting ready for work in the morning, I open my day in prayer. A simple one of asking for guidance through my day, but I wouldn't close it, I would leave it open for the rest of the day. That way I can make small prayers throughout the day, if I am getting busy or whatnot. Then at night, when I was about to go to bed, I would spend a few minutes closing my day in prayer. It seemed to really help me stay in prayer, and it helped my attitude throughout the day.

Prayer is such an important part of our walk with Christ, our relationship with God, who we are as a Christian. I think that is where a lot of people get it mixed up, it just isn't enough to read your bible and go to church. Prayer is the foundation of your Christian life, just like communication is the key to any sucessful relationship.
