I really like this :) And I really just want to give Elena and Damon a big hug especially Damon. I love the last bit with Damon's point of view. I'm very curious as to what Stefan's plan is...it all sounds a little fishy to me. I hope Damon/Elena can fix their friendship/relationship.

Thank you for your feedback! It means a lot to me that you took the time to read and comment! We're going to find out Stefan's plan soon enough... but before he starts even more trouble between D/E and D/K and S/K and S/E, we need some more (almost)happy D/E moments, imo. :D

great story! I love your writing, DE are really in character, which is rare in fics, lately. I like that you don't have them immediately getting together, that its taking a bit of time since she still is in love with Stefan. And I can totally see something similar to this happening after the kiss!
