FIGHTING CAPABILITIES: She's certainly no blackbelt, but Teagan can hold her own fairly well in a fight, if only because of enhanced strength she has due to her monster side. That said, if someone comes at her with full on martial arts skills she will fail, and she will fail spectacularly :') She is far more suited to shoving someone and then running as fast as humanely possible, because she knows her limitations.

WIN/LOSE/TIE: Same as above, though admittedly if your character can fight then they will probably win.
MEDICAL/PHYSICAL INFO: Teagan's monster side means that she generally has better endurance than the average human, as well as enhanced strength, as mentioned, and heightened regenerative abilities. This basically means you'd have to do some very serious damage if you wanted to really harm her, and she isn't naturally susceptible to normal human illnesses, such as colds and the like. However this does not mean that she will ever complain any less about low temperatures :[ She's not a fan.
ROMANCE/RELATIONSHIPS: Not off the table entirely, as finding herself in a functioning relationship is one of Teagan's dreams for the future, but she's quite wary about entering into those kinds of relationships, mostly because of her own position as a hybrid, someone effectively rather dangerous in the longterm, and also because her past experiences make her a little sceptical of people her own age and just a bit nervous about romantic feelings in general. The last thing she wants to be is a burden for someone.
SEXUAL RELATIONS: SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT FOR THE FUTURE MAYBE fdgyhksdlfg definitely not now, though.
PHYSICAL CONTACT: Teagan is personally quite a tactile girl, so yes. She likes to establish contact and familiarity with people, from tapping them on the shoulder, pulling on her sleeve or just looping arms with them whilst walking. It used to be because she thought it was a very human sort of reaction, and now it's simply ingrained in her personality as something she does.
ANY TRIGGERS/SECRETS/FACTS YOU WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT: Well, she eats other people to survive. It's hardly a great secret, and one she will want to keep under wraps for as long as she possibly can. Her past is full of violence and all manner of horrendous things, but these aren't going to be widely mentioned in any of my tags. Either way, if you have a problem with any of her background or anything, feel free to let me know and I will do what I can to alleviate the issue.
