Too much work.

I've spent about 12 hours working this weekend so far, and I'm still here, and I still have about 18 hours of homework to do.  I'm quite possibly fucked.  However, I've decided I'm leaving early from work tomorrow... say around 11:00am, and I'm not coming in on Tuesday.

Man, that sounds nice. The taking a day off part. I could do that and be happy.

But hey! This weekend, in the middle of a 14-hour Saturday, after a string of five 14 hour workdays preceding it, I was presented with the 2006 Lisa S. Ede TYCA-PNW Outstanding Teacher Award, Adjunct Category.

I assume they give that award to whoever does the most work for the least pay.
