I'm not much of a fan of the asymmetrical shawls like Stripe Study, but I've made a Whipporwill (in a slightly turquoise-ish blue with purple trim), and it's such a gorgeous pattern to work with. :)

Are you on Ravelry, by any chance? I've been participating in the Ravellenic Games on Ravelry this past week, and crocheting and knitting like a mad woman. XD
