2. I suppose it's years of exposure.

4. IQ tests are not always reliable and are often inconsistent. The average value is around 150-160.

1) It depends on who "everyone" includes. In general yes, but the amount varies.

2) I think they are better suited to their role as a light source. Though I am sure they are high in protein, I doubt they would be very appetising.
