The tragedies of this world are almost too much to bare at times.
I just long for heaven. To be free of this world and all that causes us to suffer while we are here. (and by we I mean everyone)

I got my eye exam today. The glasses won't be ready until Fridayish, but they are soo cute. I'm going to be looking good for having glasses!!

Hey, hah thought I'd help- I work at an eye doctor that takes every insurance. Usually tricare won't cover glasses unless you have something like glaucoma or cataracts or something big like that. I have astigmatism, it's actually common. I'd say 50-60% of people have it, if not more.

Sorry if I am bursting your bubble, but the good news is that if you really like your frames you can switch the lenses out of them every year. They are kind of an investment, so take good care of them! Also find out about a waaranty! It will be a lot cheaper to just buy lenses

Oh I knew it was common, but the insurance site listed all the ones you put and then said abnormalities, so it's at least worth the try to see if they will cover part of it.
And I think I'm going to like glasses better than contacts. They were too much hassle.

no I meant switch the lenses out of the glasses (ie- change the prescription in the glasses)
