Narnia Friends Only Banner Tutorial

I'm sure many of you have seen my friends only banner for my own LJ and wondered how I got that coloring. Well wonder no more; I've provided a pretty extensive tutorial for you here. I saved the PSD of my banner, so I do in fact know each and every layer I used--I will warn you, however, that I will NOT give anyone the PSD and that these steps do

Americana BT is the font of "friends only" and Cotillion is the font of "comment to be added"--check dafont.com if they're not fonts already on your computer (I've downloaded so many fonts that I forget which are default fonts and which I downloaded xD)
