✖ Campus Housing
All returning and new students must inquire here to request for a room. Evergrove University has been providing quality dormitory establishments for its students since 1950. Unless you're a senior, you'll have to room with someone. Students are responsible for keeping their rooms clean and orderly and for damage to their rooms and furnishings. When a student is assigned to a dormitory, it is understood that the assignment carries with it an obligation to protect University property. A student who violates the dormitory rules stated below or who intentionally or carelessly destroys dormitory property will be fined $25, will be charged for any damages, and may lose priority for room assignment for the next year. Students living in dormitories may not own pets, may not feed or keep pets in the dormitories, nor keep pets anywhere on the domain. A minimum of $25 fine will be imposed for violation of this policy.
At the bottom floor of each building is a mail room. All students will receive a key for their dorm room, you are responsible for maintaining it. If a package arrives, students will receive a written notice via paper under their door asking them to pick it up in the RA room. A sign-out sheet must be filled for all packages.
Students will not be able to choose which building they will be placed into. Upon knowing what building the student will be living in they will receive a key (for their room) and a identification card (to get into the building). The identification card must be shown to the guard on duty upon entrance of the building, or else the student will not be allowed entrance to the housing. As long as they provide their identification card, students may go between either building.
DO NOT LOSE YOUR IDENTIFICATION CARD. Any misplaced/stolen cards will require a $20.00 fee for a new one.
DO NOT LOSE YOUR KEYS. Any misplaced/stolen keys must be reported to the RA. You will need to pay $30.00 for a replacement. Therefore, it will be in your best interest to be careful.
✖ Living Arrangements
Evergrove's housing is split into two buildings: Hibiscus and Petunia. Three floors for Hibiscus, three floors for Petunia. You will find yourself sharing a hallway and/or room with either a upperclassman or a underclassman. Students must bring their own bed linen and cleaning supplies, and must supply themselves with food for the fridge. Cooking ware and dish ware will not be provided by the school. Students can ask for a roommate, if they so desire, but if one does not put in a request they will be paired with someone via the headmaster's decision. If you are unhappy with your arranged room and would like to request for a new roommate, please notify an RA and a decision will be made. In addition, while hallways may be co-ed rooming will not be.

ONE BEDROOM - Two students share a single room which includes two beds, which is furnished with a bed, dresser, and a desk. The apartment is furnished with the basic necessities (microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator), but the rest must be provided by students. All rooms ending in even numbers are one bedrooms.

The apartment is furnished with the basic necessities (microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator), but the rest must be provided by students. All rooms ending in odd numbers are two bedrooms.
SINGLE ROOM - SENIOR USE ONLY. This is the largest room that Evergrove will give to their students and is located on the third floor. Any senior who wish to have their own room will be allowed to have it by simply requesting, but there is a limited number of them available. Furnished.
ACTIVITY CENTER - Both buildings have one gaming/computer room on the third floor. The room has five Macintosh and five Dell computers all connected to the internet. A large television is provided at the corner of the room along with various chairs and sofas. Various boardgames are stacked on a long shelf, opting for those just looking for a way to relax a way to. Students must bring down their own video game system if they wish to play games on the big screen. RA's are always on duty here, so keep this in mind. The Computer and Gaming room closes at 12AM, Midnight.
LAUNDRY ROOM - There is a laundry room on each floor of the buildings. To pay for washing/drying your clothes students must obtain a laundry card from the vending area which costs $10.00. The card is renewable and can hold up to 40 dollars and the machine only takes $5, $10, and $20s. For any misplaced/stolen laundry card, you must purchase a new one. Washing clothes $1.55, Drying clothes is a quarter for every 15 minutes.
VENDING MACHINES - Each building has vending machines for students on the 1st floor. Snacks, drinks, laundry cards can be purchased here. Prices may vary. Please refrain from trying to break down the machine if your purchase gets stuck. Report it to an RA so that you may receive a refund.

Dormitory selection for Freshmen students happens at random, and Freshmen are not permitted, under almost all circumstances, to request a room reassignment.

Remember that dormitories are limited to the same gender only, and your character's requested roommate must already be part of the roleplay, or on the hold list. Whilst dormitories are assigned completely at random, the Head RA will occasionally pick a time to start pairing up all roommate-less characters with new claims to promote cross-fandom character interaction. The decision on who is paired with who is still utterly random and based on gender alone. If you do not approve of this decision or are unhappy with the roommate you have been given then you are welcome to file for a Room Reassignment, however please keep in mind that this request will be automatically denied for Freshmen students unless a valid reason can be provided for the switch.
