Today I washed 84792034 dishes (most of which had just come out of our theoretically repaired dishwasher...sigh), did two loads of diaper laundry and two of clothes, cleaned the carpet in our two carpeted rooms, seamed Kevin's sweater, finished knitting mine, worked a bit on the pretty lace project, and spent a couple of hours watching "The Muppet

have to mention this as just a silly thing...

the other day, while watching my latest obsession tv show, guiding light (Otalia ftw!) i realized that one of the new babies on the show was named Colin.

and i couldn't stop laughing for like, twenty minutes.

it had never occurred to me what the kid's name was because on the msg board, they call him "baby band candy"
