I was starting to get pissed about this whole 1 episode, 3 week break, 1 episode, 2 week break thing, but it's all okay. March 27th 9 episodes in a row to end the season. Cool.
I really enjoyed tonight's episode. With all the rumors and spoilers, people were badmouthing it before it aired. Once again, fandom over-reacted, this was a solid episode, despite House still being a asshole. Seriously, I mean faking cancer, that is a new low.. It really shows how miserable he is, I loved Wilson's confrontation with him at the end, Wilson is 100% right. I also liked House at the end reaching out to open the door of the restaurant where the ducklings were.
Then there is THE KISS. The kiss was hot! I'm still trying to understand Cameron, she's the character we know the least back-story about, but seems to be the one changing the most. There is so much potential with her. I liked how she used the kiss to try and get blood and her calling him out "you kissed back" when he tries to act offended. The kiss was a classic House manuver and its nice to see Cameron using it against him for once. I loved his "let me know if you need a sperm sample." That line is a fanfic wet-dream.
I also liked Dave Matthews, he was underused, but good. That is saying something. I'm not a Dave fan. I saw him years ago at West Point while my two cousins were in school there. The highlight of the night for me was when my cousin Chris fell asleep on my shoulder. I'd never seen something so dull. Oh well, in the past.
I'm now going to have to fight my hubby for the TIVO. Apparently Eddie Izzard and Minnie Driver's new show 'The Riches' is on the same time as 'The Black Donnellys' we are going to have to Rock/Scissor/Paper to decide which show gets taped. (Who am I kidding, i'll win hands down. Everyone knows Eddie Izzard rocks)
