I'm not sure if it's allergies or a head cold, but I feel completely crappy.

Oh noooo - bummer.

Do you feel very sinus'y? Pregnancy sends extra blood to everywhere meaning your gums bleed etc and also your sinuses can become swollen and inflammed, causing sinusitis. I had it 7 times when pg with Red :( All good so far this time *knocks wood*. But it might be that you are suffering with. Rind your doctors office - there maybe some OTC meds you can take.
